Oil and fuel drip beneath parked cars, especially in bays used every day. Tyre marks gather at entrances and turning points. Gum collects near doors and pay machines. Shaded areas, often under trees or beside buildings, turn green with algae and become slippery in wet weather. Litter and leaves block gullies and drains.

Phased cleaning lets a site stay open. A section is coned off, cleaned and allowed to dry before reopening, then the next section follows. Early morning, evening or weekend working may suit some sites, such as retail parks or office car parks. Tell us your busiest times and any areas that must stay open.
Drainage and runoff are considered too. Wash water and debris need to go somewhere suitable rather than straight into the surface water system, so gullies and interceptors on site are part of the plan.
Forecourts at the front of shops, showrooms, offices and filling areas take heavy footfall as well as vehicles. Gum, spilt drinks and oil spread quickly, and a grubby forecourt affects how a business looks. Forecourt cleaning is often combined with entrance and frontage cleaning so the whole approach to the building is presented well.
Fresh oil is easier to lift than old, deep stains. Heavy, long-standing marks on porous concrete or tarmac can often be lightened but not removed completely. The oil stains guide explains why. Painted bay lines and markings are cleaned with care to avoid lifting worn paint.
Send a site plan or aerial view, photographs of the surface and the worst areas, and notes on opening hours, deliveries and busy periods. Price depends on the area, surface, soiling, phasing and working hours. The commercial hub brings together other services for the same building. Quotes are free.
Bay lines, arrows and disabled bay markings are painted onto the surface and wear with traffic. Cleaning around them is done with care so worn paint is not lifted further. If markings are already faded, cleaning may make that more obvious, and repainting is a separate job. Kerbs, bollards and signage posts can be washed at the same time where agreed.
