OOR External is Jordan Sartain's exterior cleaning business, based in Dover and serving homes, businesses and managed properties across Kent. Jordan remains the direct point of contact from the first enquiry through to the completed clean. That keeps the conversation simple and means the person assessing the property also understands the agreed scope when work begins.
The work covers cladding, render, roofs, gutters, fascias, soffits and complete building exteriors. Commercial softwashing is available for coated, rendered and painted elevations where a lower pressure process is more suitable. Homes, schools, offices, warehouses, industrial units, retail premises and managed properties are all within the stated service.
Every job starts with the surface, its condition and the access required. Jordan assesses those points before recommending a method. Depending on the material and the soiling, that may mean controlled pressure, low pressure rinsing, softwashing, targeted stain treatment or careful moss and debris removal. The aim is not to use one process everywhere, but to choose an approach that respects coatings, seals and surrounding surfaces.
The quotation sets out what is included before work starts. Access requirements and the intended result are discussed at the same stage, so there is a clear scope rather than an open-ended visit. For larger commercial sites, cleaning can be phased around trading hours, deliveries, staff, customers and neighbouring property. Combined scopes can also bring cladding, render, roofline and entrance cleaning into one planned visit with one point of contact.
OOR External works county-wide from its Dover base, including coastal and inland properties across Kent. Each property is considered on its own merits, whether it is a house affected by algae and roof debris or a long commercial elevation carrying traffic film and weather staining. Clear communication continues throughout, with respect for homes, working sites and the people using them.
