What to send

The more Jordan can see, the more accurate the quotation. A short message covering these points is usually enough to recommend a method without a visit.

• The postcode of the property
• Which surfaces need cleaning, such as roof, render, gutters or paving
• A few photographs of each area, taken from the ground
• Access notes: side gates, parking, a busy yard or a neighbour's boundary

What happens next

Jordan reads every enquiry personally. He looks at the material, the soiling and how the work can be reached, then replies with the recommended approach for each surface and a written quotation. If something needs a closer look, a visit is suggested before the price is confirmed. Once you are happy with the scope, a date is arranged.

How far we travel

OOR External is based near Dover. Homes are covered within about fifteen miles of the base, and commercial buildings are quoted further across Kent. If you are unsure whether your property falls inside the area, send the postcode and Jordan will let you know.

Commercial enquiries

For managed blocks, schools, offices, retail units or industrial sites, it helps to mention the site contact, any permits or inductions needed, and times when the building is quietest. Work is then planned around deliveries, staff and visitors so the site keeps running. Portfolio or multi-building enquiries can be quoted building by building with one point of contact.
