Who we are

This website is run by OOR External (Out of Reach External Cleaning Specialists), trading online as The Cladding Cleaners. The business is run by Jordan Sartain and is based in Dover, Kent. Jordan is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or quote request through a form on this website, we collect your name, company (if you give one), email address, phone number, site postcode and the message you write. We also record the page you sent the form from and the time it was sent. Our forms do not accept photo uploads. If you choose to email or phone us instead, we keep the details you give us in the same way.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, discuss the work and prepare a quotation. We also send you a short email confirming that your enquiry has arrived. We do not use your details for marketing and we never sell them.

Our lawful basis

Under UK GDPR we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us, and on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, such as assessing a job and quoting for it.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are stored securely in our website database, provided through Lovable Cloud. An email copy of each enquiry is sent to our business inbox, and your confirmation email is sent, using the Lovable email service through our own domain. These providers process the information only so the website and emails work. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. Where we have quoted for or carried out work, we keep a record of that for up to 2 years, then delete it.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to us using it. To make a request, phone or email us using the details above and we will respond as soon as we can.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
